"First my credentials. Im U.S. Navy retired. Retired under honorable conditions and served 20 years. At the peak of my career I supervised up to 25 Electronic Technicians Our job is to performed preventative and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment such as communications, radar and navigations on U.S. Navy warships, Naval communication stations and Naval Stations. My review on John Cho State Farm Insurance 3520 College Blvd Ste 104 Oceanside 92056. On Jan 13, 2026 I decide to review my car insurance policy on their website . To my shock I saw that my insurance cost has risen to $459.08 from $240.25 due on the 15th of every month. I called John Cho's office and talked to his office assistant and pointed out the obscene rise in insurance cost. I heard the surprise in her voice and she said she will look into it and get back to my quickly. On Jan 14, 2026 again on their website I saw fraud has taken place in which the $459.08 due on Jan 15, 2026 had been erased from its date and back dated to. Dec 30, 2025.. On Jan 15, 2026 at 5 pm no call was received from State Farm but I saw on John Cho's website additional fraud has taken place. This time the words a notice has been send out attached to $459.08 on Dec 30, 2025 and the words payment for $459.08 has been collected on Jan 15,,2026 which did not happen. I have send to John Cho's website that their car insurance has been canceled and I moved to another car insurance company. One thing for sure John Cho has chosen the wrong person a U.S. retired military veteran to treat as stupid and as a fool. Support U.S Navy miltary veterans and dont chose State Farm for home or car insurace."

"State Farm is amazing! Especially this local office. It was a stark contrast to the phone call I made before with GEICO- I was on hold for 45 minutes with no help once they answered. I called State Farm and talked to Edwin, who quickly helped me add a new vehicle to my policy and I was off the phone within a few minutes. Thank you! We will forever be State Farm customers."

"I have been with this State Farm office for years dating back to my time as an Active Duty Marine. They have always been top flight. Recently my daughter lost her car insurance from another company while I was out of town. I called them and they could not have been more helpful in adding her to my account and ensuring she had coverage right away. They then helped me move my wife over to my account. Not only making things convenient but cost effective. A special thanks to Kerrigan from this office. She handled everything each time. Dealing with the same person who already knew everything was awesome. A profound thank you."

"Been with this company for awhile with mostly no issues however today I had a horrible trying to use the roadside assistance I thought I was paying for. I made a payment and was told my policy was active, but when I tried to request help, both the app and website blocked me. Customer service said my policy hadn’t been reinstated even though they saw my payment and then told me I’d have to pay out of pocket. I specifically confirmed during the payment that everything would be reactivated, but now I’m being told it wasn’t processed correctly. I’m stranded without access to my car or extra funds, and none of this was communicated upfront. This is one of the most frustrating and poorly handled situations I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I reached out to John who says nothing could be done until Monday. I needed this resolved immediately, and I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone."

"I have been a client of John Cho since 2019. Whether in office, by phone, or through email, their service has been prompt, courteous, and thorough. Today, I emailed a copy of a certificate entitling me to a discount. I received a reply from Sandy within the hour, confirming receipt and application of the discount. All on the day before Thanksgiving. That sets the standard on service!"
