"Great rate, great coverage, super easy to set up I reached out to John Cho to set myself up with auto, renters, and musical instrument insurance. Both John and his team member Kerrigan Petriello were very helpful (and patient) in answering all of my questions. It was an easy process and in the end I have a great rate and excellent coverage. I would highly recommend working with them! Just wanted to add an update (10/2024). I've continued to be really happy with my experience with State Farm. Today I called to add motorcycle insurance and ask a few other questions, and Bruce was able to get me sorted out very quickly and easily. Wish more companies had customer service like this. Update 4/2025 - Once again Bruce was able to help me out - he answered all my questions, made the changes I needed, and let me know exactly what I needed to do next in a clear and understandable way. Thanks for continuing to make this a pleasant experience!"

"My car policy with State Farm was going to be cancelled due to erroneous info placed against my driver's license. Kerrigan in your office listened to me carefully when I denied that the information was correct, and gave me instructions on how to clear my record. She was so kind & supportive during this process! When I obtained proof that the information against me was indeed a CLERICAL error, she was vigilant in making sure that your Underwriting department received that proof in a timely manner, and my policy is going to be renewed! "I recently made the switch from AAA to State Farm, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I recently made the decision to leave AAA after being a loyal customer for 10 years. The primary reason for this decision was their constant price increases without clear explanations. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I could never get a satisfactory answer regarding why my premiums were going up or what specific factors were influencing the price hikes. State Farm offers exceptional customer service and better rates. Bruce helped us find the best coverage and made the entire process seamless.
