"We've worked with Sandy multiple times recently as we've been preparing to leave the country, closing claims, changing coverages, etc. She has been very prompt, helpful and pleasant to work with! She even helped us understand that we didn't need to accept a protection plan pushed by a storage facility, and that instead our own renter's policy could cover our belongings there. This allowed us to cancel the more expensive policy pushed by the storage facility, and continue to use our much better coverage under our current State Farm renter's policy. "Update 6 years later, everyone has been amazing. Whenever I visit them, they've never failed to greet me like a family. I especially love Sandy. She is reliable, smart and very kind. She will always greet you with a big smile that makes you smile. . . . . John Cho has been great in helping me and my parents figure out many problems. We had massive issues with previous State farm agent, but John Cho and his staffs helped us get out of any confusions we had, guided and taught us many things that we had no knowledge of. John will answer every questions you have and he will simplify his answers to our questions, so we can understand him easily. When you call, they will always answer their phone or call you back right away. John's staff Sandy has been so great to deal with, she is always positive and ready to help you figure out any issues. "I've had State Farm insurance for years and have always been satisfied with their service and claims processing. The staff at John Cho's agency, Edwin in particular, always picks up the phone or returns my calls and emails promptly and makes sure questions are answered and claims go smoothly without drama. When my previous agent retired many years ago, I considered changing insurers, but John and his crew took over and did an even better job than my old agent, which is saying a lot. The rates are always competitive, and the service is over the top."
