"Just another great review for the fast, efficient and knowledgable service I get with State Farm, John Cho Office in Oceanside. I called yesterday around 5pm with a problem concerning my declaration of insurance for my mortgage. Sandy took down the information and said she would have it resolved by early next morning. Sure enough this morning everything was resolved. Sandy communicates well, always is cheerful and takes care of any issue promptly! OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM SANDY! Extremely pleased with the quick and thorough response from Sandy! She provides the best customer service. Again, I want to give an excellent review for this office staff especially Sandy and the help she continues to give me. Called today and Sandy was so very helpful in answering my questions and sending me additional information. Kudos to her outstanding customer service!! I am very pleased with the customer service and response time I have received from John Cho and his staff. I want to give a special shout out to Sandy that works in the office.
