"I have been working with John and Sandy for, I believe, about 15 years now. Over this time, both have been extraordinary: professional, efficient, and ready and willing to provide and meet whatever insurance services myself and my wife might need - auto, homeowners, life insurance et al.

Aside from Sandy providing deeply detailed and informed information about any insurance product that I might be considering - or a change to an existing one - she has always, promptly and clearly, addressed any administrative concerns that I might have arise.

Most recently, as I’m approaching retirement age, I asked John if he would mind speaking with me regarding some significant financial planning questions that I had, as well as a few decisions I was pondering making related to those questions. I expected, or hoped, that the discussion would only take 15-20 minutes - not wanting to take too much of his time.

Consequently, with that goal in mind, I took the time to summarize my ideas via a fairly lengthy list of bullet points, as well as including some (mine) “reasoning” behind my potential moves. I also offered to pay him for the consultation.

John promptly agreed to talk with me, and we set up a virtual conference for a week or two later. Well, in short, John spent probably 35-45 minutes on the phone with me, listening to my expounded version of the written summary I had sent to him. He gave me his input, as well as additional guidance that he had sought out from a tax professional that he uses in his business - thus supplying me with possible, or potentially relevant tax implications, ones that any person ought to consider in this context.

John did not charge me any consultation fee for all of this sage and professional advice - not to mention the time that he spent doing so. I was extraordinarily grateful for his support and the willingness to meet with me, as making big life changes and decisions at this point in our lives - particularly ones that bear potentially notable monetary consequences, or worse yet mistakes - are not ones I wanted to make without bouncing the ideas off a couple of people (including professionals such as himself).

While this note or review was a bit lengthy, it was done so with the intent of crediting Sandy and John with the accolades that they most certainly deserve, and recommend anyone looking for an insurance team to strongly consider these two.
