"I recently took my car into a dealership for service. In order to be given a loaner car from the dealership, I needed a copy of my auto insurance card. The insurance card I had with me had expired so I called my State Farm Insurance office and spoke with Edwin Song. Edwin immediately emailed a current copy of my insurance card to the service agent at the dealership and I was able to complete my transaction. Edwin saved the day!"

"I LOVE MY INSURANCE! That’s not something that normally comes out of people’s mouth unless they’re receiving money from a claim. I’ve personally never said it before. That is until my boyfriend convinced me to speak with his Statefarm rep Sandy about 2 years ago. She is the kindest most personable insurance rep I’ve ever met. Through car upgrades, apartment moves, and life insurance policies, Sandy has always been there. She’s available through text or call and is so quick and efficient. I don’t think I’ll ever switch my insurance, that is as long as Sandy is there at least. Thank you Sandy and thank you John Cho for having her! We love you!"

"Great rate, great coverage, super easy to set up I reached out to John Cho to set myself up with auto, renters, and musical instrument insurance. Both John and his team member Kerrigan Petriello were very helpful (and patient) in answering all of my questions. It was an easy process and in the end I have a great rate and excellent coverage. I would highly recommend working with them! Just wanted to add an update (10/2024). I've continued to be really happy with my experience with State Farm. Today I called to add motorcycle insurance and ask a few other questions, and Bruce was able to get me sorted out very quickly and easily. Wish more companies had customer service like this."
